How it works
Fill in the form below with the email address you registered with on goKukës. Your request is stored in our system and the team is notified by email.
This form only sends a request; the deletion itself is reviewed and processed manually by the goKukës team.
What can be deleted
On request, we can delete:
- Profile and account data (first name, last name, email)
- Saved places, businesses, and events
- Contact form messages linked to your email address, where applicable
What may be kept
Some data may be retained even after account deletion if it is required for legal, security, or platform-abuse-prevention reasons. Such data is kept only for as long as necessary.
Response time
We respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. After confirmation, deletion is performed as soon as is technically possible.
